Oh God, this heat is unbearable. And it's still only 09.45. It's only going to get hotter.
I've caved, and am wearing shorts. I don't intend to inflict this sight on anyone outside my house, so I won't be going anywhere today.
Still, got 1000 words so far. Going to go and do some housework before it gets too much hotter, then I'll plot out the next couple of scenes, I think.
Roll on autumn.

The Write-Ons are a group of people that Michelle Rowen brought together to write their novels in the same timeframe she had to write her new book. It's just about over now, as the deadline is August 1st, but there's more details up on her website.
